Viginti Duo respects the personal nature of the services she provides and the confidentiality of those she interacts with therefore the data received goes directly to Viginti Duo however exceptions apply as detailed on this page. In addition, if you email Viginti Duo directly then you have agreed to enter into a potential conversation and have your email address visible to the recipient/reader of the email.

Under ICO; we are able to keep data indefinitely. We do not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount of time your data is on record with us for.

The Basis We Process Information

You are able to remove your consent at any time though please see exemptions. We have 28 days to delete your data. We delete/dispose of your data by deleting it from pertaining systems. Exemptions include but are not limited to: if police/legal or other assistance may be involved e.g. the user has in any way harassed Viginti Duo, her team or anyone/anything related to her personal or professional life, or if it is deemed necessary by us for reasonable matters.

For example, if there has been any communication/s from the public/user/prospective client/client whether current or previously that are deemed inappropriate, harassing, threatening or in any other regard unsolicited we may share personal data with reasonable authorities such as legal support, the police and any other reasonable authority or service provider.
Client Information
Those who become paying clients complete a personalised contract which details the agreement. The contract is signed by the client to agree and this is a confidential activity. Exemptions to confidentiality would be with regards to professional/legal assistance or obligations if deemed required.
Restrictions
We only work with adults. If you are under the age of 18 we request that you do not provide your details. This is to protect young people. Any data that is provided by someone we deem to be under the age of 18 will be deleted. We are not however responsible for monitoring this.

Complimentary Call
We may offer a complimentary call for those who were genuinely interested in, and may be the right fit for our services. We may also reach out via email or phone (usually a text or WhatsApp message) for example to confirm a call or give next steps.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings that appear to be scams, from those who do not appear to be the right fit, and by those who are not financially aligned as this is a premium service. Services are for financially secure people/those willing and able to invest as unfortunately we can’t help everyone.
The nature of the call/meeting to discuss commissions is to get to the heart of what the potential/client wishes to convey. By booking and participating in the call, the potential/client understands and agrees to explore matters that may be personal in nature. This is done with the intention to best serve the client’s best interests. The intention is to provide a comfortable and compassionate space however the potential/client acknowledges that there may be some discomfort due to the nature of the call. The calls may be recorded. The potential client is responsible for how much information they share and for their own wellbeing before, during and after the call. As a potential client you alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your use of this website or our offerings/services you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, wellbeing, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. The call is confidential however exemptions as listed above apply, for example if legal protection is required.
